Refund policy

At SalamJee Fragrance, your satisfaction is our first priority. If you're not completely happy with our Perfumes, you may request a return under the following conditions:

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return Conditions:

• We accept return/exchange requests up to 15 days from the date of order delivery.
• Delivery charges are not refundable for your exchange/return order.
• Only perfumes with at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle are eligible for a refund.
• Product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
• Customers have to pay the delivery charges for exchange order.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
