Welcome to SalamJee Fragrance. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Commit fraud or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with the website’s security, speed, or normal operation.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system or customer data on this site.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and packaging accurately. However, due to screen display differences or minor batch variations, actual colors or scent perception may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to update product pricing, availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability or stock errors.
  • Incorrect pricing displayed on the store.
  • Suspicious, inaccurate, or fraudulent order details.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online card payments. COD orders may require verification via call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners. Dispatch typically occurs within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking 2–5 business days. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SalamJee Fragrance is not liable for minor carrier delays caused by weather or regional logistics.

5. Returns, Refunds & Video Proof

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy:

  • Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • At least 90% of the perfume must remain in the bottle, in original packaging.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • For broken, damaged, or wrong items, a clear unboxing video proof is required.

6. Limitation of Liability & Patch Test

While we use high quality concentrated fragrance oils, SalamJee Fragrance is not liable for:

  • Individual allergic reactions or skin sensitivity resulting from product misuse.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from website use.

We strongly recommend testing a small spray on fabric or skin before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled securely and in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
